* Extended travel fee $75 over 50 miles from Zachary, LA
* Custom Menu/Drink Name Starting at $50 additional charge. Price may vary with degree of customization. Finalized in contract meeting.
* Alcohol may be incorporated into select ice cream creations for guests 21 and over. Clients are required to provide all alcohol for their event. Sips and Sundaes does not furnish or retail alcoholic beverages, and all service must comply with applicable laws and venue regulations. $250 service fee. (FOR OPEN BAR ONLY)
* $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
* 50% deposit is due upon contract signing. Final pricing and selected services will be confirmed during the contract consultation.
All deposits paid will be applied toward the remaining balance, which is due on the date of the event.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all packages.
